About Me

G’Day! I’m Kelly and I live in Australia.

I used to look like this. Now I look like this. I’d like a lot more of this.

Despite all this, I think Motherhood is the best job in the world.

I’m often defined by my many labels: wife, mother of four, daughter, sister and friend. I enjoy learning more about God, the smell of old books, drinking tea out of pretty cups, adventure, reading, writing, collectibles, period dramas, hiking and music. Sometimes I’m serious and sometimes I’m silly. I like to say I would rather be called weird than boring. I judge myself harshly but see the best in those around me. I love being with people but am comfortable with my own company. I’m NEVER bored.

This blog combines my passion for writing, art, design, photography, vintage, fashion and parenting.

My Blessings

I’m happy married to my complete opposite. This brings interesting dynamics in our relationship; however, we have learnt, or should I say are learning, to use our respective strengths to work as a team. Together we have four children, all so different but so very precious. I feel blessed to be part of their lives and cherish watching them blossom and grow.
