I wrote out a Lent activity idea many years ago, before I learned many formatting skills to make things look pretty – ha! – but the content is still there so I’m re-sharing it for anyone interested in telling The Easter Story to their kids. The idea is to open an egg each day up to Easter Sunday (being the twelfth and last day) and using simple prompts inside each egg and a section of story. You can find a day by day story in the printable here.

Kelly loves life at both ends of the spectrum: wearing high heel shoes one day and hiking boots the next; sipping tea out of a pretty cup and slurping hot coffee from a camping mug; challenging herself physically and stopping for quiet unhurried moments to feel the wind on her face. Kelly and her husband Matthew seek to live a fun and adventurous life with their four children and pet bird.
