A Fun Christmas Gift Idea

My inbox is full with new product releases but I don’t include them all on this blog (or there would be only room for product talk and I definitely don’t want that). However, this caught my eye because I love the idea:

Personalised UNO Cards

My UNO Cards

Who didn’t play UNO as a child? I remember spending hours with my sisters, shuffling through the cards and avoiding the dreaded Draw-Four.  Now you can personalise your own UNO cards.  Cards can be made to feature family, friends, pets – even a much loved  holiday! It’s a wonderful gift idea for friends, family, kids and grandparents.

Below is part of the media release that made me smile:

Reverse 40 years to 1971 when one of the world’s most iconic card games was released. Skip ahead 40 years and Mattel’s UNO is not only a household staple, but it’s getting seriously personal.

To mark the 40th anniversary of UNO, Mattel is giving you the opportunity to create your very own personalised version of the world’s number one selling card game.

MY UNO allows fans to electronically design cards using their favourite photos. All you need is a computer. It’s easy to use and is designed to personalise each of the 108 cards by uploading them from your image library. One deck of cards can use anything from 1 to 108 photos.

Thanks so much for this! I’m excited as I’m running out of room on my walls, so 108 new photos will now have a home!

Oh wow, that’s awesome! I grew up playing Uno with my family, and have heaps of photos I want to share with them, so maybe a personalised deck is the way to go :D

    Thanks for sharing this!

So, I am planning my daughter’s first birthday party that will be Uno-themed. I was super excited to find these, but now I’m struggling to find something available–I’m in the USA and these say for New Zealand or Australia only :( I’m excited to have stumbled onto your blog…is there any way you can help??

My Uno Cards – NOT fun when you order early December and they don’t arrive. Buyers beware, no contact and no product.
