Did You Know About These Christmas Gifts Ideas? plus Giveaway

November 10, 2010

One of the things I love about blogging is finding products to showcase.  I say no to many reviews so you know if a product makes it here, I was won over.  Here are three products you may not be aware of that would make wonderful Christmas presents.  One is fun, two is practical and three is full of homemade goodness.

1. Fun: Sing-a-ma-jigs

Sing-a-ma-jigs have taken America by storm and are now available in Australia in time for Christmas.  They really are adorable! Disturbingly so. They chatter, sing a song and my favourite, harmonise with each other.

Here’s a video I did with my girls.

2. Practical: Mooo Family Calendar

Mooo brings absolute class to personalised products.  Stick labels, clothing, wooden puzzles and canvas art are a few personalised products available.

I was given a family calendar and it far exceeded my expectations.  Every member of our family has their own column so, at a glance, I can see what every one is doing on a particular day. How brilliant is that!  The designs are gorgeous and there are matching personal diaries and journals.

The family calander is one of the best family Christmas presents I’ve found and represent great value for money. Click the picture to see the entire range of family calendars. Watch out for a Mooo giveaway in December.

3. Homemade: Princess and Dinosaur Crayons

Philippa makes beautiful crayons which are perfect for little hands.  My two little ones love them and, not only are they wonderful to draw with, the crayons prove to be fun role play objects too. The crayons come gift wrapped ready to give. Perfect stocking filler.

$8 set of six

Order from Philippa on facebook.

Philippa blogs at House of Baby Pirahna.

OMG I can’t stop laughing at the video and my little boy keeps asking me to play it again. Your daughters are adorable at the Sing-a-ma-jigs are so cute!!. Fingers crossed that we are one of the winners :)

Ive actually been eying off these calendars for ourselves. My hubby works in the mines for two weeks and then is home for one week. Our 3 year old is forever asking when is daddy going to be home. Think I might order a calander so that I can chart in for her when dad is home and away.

It’s nice to hear that you think the Mooo products are of good quality. Thanks

The crayons are so cute. I should get a pack for Heidi’s early intervention classroom. Although possibly the children would get distressed when they are not perfect anymore…. hmmm bears thinking upon.
