I like wearing sharp lines and I love black. To soften the look, I’ve added a long grey vest and gone a little extra on the accessories.

Wide Leg Pants: Target

Scarf: Sportsgirl

Shoes: $15 from Nova

Top: Ezibuy

Vest: Clearance rack $5 Myer (Miss Shop)

Headband: Pretty Things Distract Me

Belt: Kleins (now closed down)

Ring: Equip

Bangle: Beaded: Jacqi E Silver elphant: Gift from Bangladesh

Tip: If you are wearing shades (black and grey) go extra on the accessories.Try mixing bold coloured accessories (I’ve used red) and shade assessories (I’ve gone both black and grey).

What I love most: The vest.  Gotta love a bargain.

I think that these ‘My Style’ blog posts are great! My bambino is 9 months old and after he came along it was a bit hard to get excited about clothes, partially because of the weight gain and partially because I was so flipping exhausted! I have always adored expressing myself through my outfits and you have really inspired me to spend some time enjoying clothes again. I can’t tell you how much better I feel about myself for it! Thank you so much!

I’m so glad Megan. I really understand what you are saying here. Firstly, I too, love expressing myself through my clothes. Secondly, I know that I’m-too-tired-I-just-don’t-care feeling. I’ve been there myslef. Thank you for leaving a comment for me. You made my day. xx

A scarf is definitely my friend. I think as I get older and start to wrinkle between my boobs which I know is inevitable, I’m going to really love them LOL
